Crystal Buffer / Divider Board

(Part# 6TN001)

The Crystal Buffer / Divider Board can be added to an ATE System fixture and program and measure resonant crystal and electronic oscillator frequencies to 100MHZ during in-Circuit Test. Implementing this board in your test fixture and program is highly recommended for improving Pin Level Fault coverage. Thousands of the Crystal Buffer board have been sold!

Frequency Isolator / Divider Board

(Part# 6TN002)

The Frequency Isolator / Divider Board can be added to an ATE System fixture and program and measure up to eight electronic oscillator frequencies to 100MHz during In-Circuit Test. Implementing this board in your test fixture and program is highly recommended for the improved Pin Level Fault Coverage. Hundreds of the Frequency Isolator board have been sold!

Non-Latching Relay Board

(Part# 6TN002-R)

The 6TN002-R Non-Latching Relay Board is used for switching up to 8 lines with 8 low power non-latching relays.

Latching or Non-Latching Relay Board

(Part# 3TN003L or 3TN003NL)

The 3TN003 Relay Board can switch up to 2 amps. It can be used for power or signal routing. The 3TN003 Relay board is available in two versions, the non-latching version (3TN003N) and the latching version (3TN003L).

(These can be supplied as a group in a panel up to 6 x 10 units per panel)
